Consortium Program Enrollment

Welcome to National Safety Compliance, Inc. Drug and Alcohol testing Consortium Enrollment. This program is designed to assist you in obtaining compliance with State and/or Federal drug and alcohol testing requirements. The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and the California State Public Utility Commission (PUC) require drivers to participate in a drug and alcohol testing program.
